How fast and complicated is the installation?
Fully automatic: one click in the customer panel is enough. You don’t create a database or enter any login details. A few minutes later your WordPress site is ready with the chosen design, and the login details arrive by email.
Do I need WordPress skills?
No. You maintain prices, texts and photos in understandable menus, for example under “Leistungen”. Our support also helps in German and Turkish.
What do designs and plugins cost?
Each domain gets one design free; every further design costs €19.99 per year. Plugins are free for the first year in the Business and Premium packages (counted from the install date of each plugin), after that each plugin costs €14.99 per year; in the Starter package each plugin costs €14.99 per year. Email sending (SMTP) is free in all packages for good. Subscriptions renew yearly and can be cancelled any time before the year ends. The rules apply again for every new domain.
Can I change the design later?
Yes, any time in the customer panel. Texts and images stay stored in WordPress; design-specific settings such as colours and business details may need to be re-entered.
Are the designs privacy-friendly?
The designs do not use tracking cookies and do not load third-party fonts or maps without your consent. You are responsible for your own texts, imprint and privacy policy — the “Legal texts” plugin creates samples but does not replace legal advice.
How are emails (e.g. booking confirmations) sent?
With the “Email sending (SMTP)” plugin: you enter the credentials of your own email account once. Emails then come from your address and do not land in spam. A step-by-step guide is in our wiki.
Can I take appointments online?
Yes, with the “Appointment request” plugin: customers send a request, you confirm it with one click in WordPress admin and the customer automatically gets an email.
